Adult Violin Workshop

Have you ever wanted to try to play violin but weren't sure if you'd even like it? In this class students, adult students get to try something new in a no-pressure, supportive environment. Students are provided with everything they need to be a successful beginner on the violin. We learn the parts & history of the violin, how to hold the instrument, how to play pizzicato (plucking) & arco (with the bow) & learn several songs. Instruments are available for use in class, & students are also welcome to bring an instrument from home provided it is the proper size & in working condition. November 4-5, 2023
